"I contacted 4 Real Estate Agencies when I lost my job and knew that I was going to need to sell my house.  Weichert Realtors, Bryan and Tiffany, arrived at my house and were very professional.  We walked the property and talked about all of the upgrades and assets of the property...The house was listed and marketed on all of the internet sites they use at a listing price of about what I owed to show my mortgage company we did try to sell it at a higher price...I no longer live in South Carolina, so Tiffany e-mailed me paperwork that had to be signed so I could e-mail, fax or send copies back to South Carolina.  During this process, Bryan and Tiffany were always there to answer questions and help me understand what I was signing.  They also have great contacts with a lawyer that works on short sales to ensure that all is done according to the law...I could not have asked for anyone to be more supportive.  This was a very trying time for me and Bryan and Tiffany made the process as easy as possible. "Selling a home is way more work than I anticipated. I originally listed my house as a For Sale by Owner and despite my best efforts, could not get any traffic through my house and did not get any offers at all. I didn't want to pay an Agent commission and was dead set on trying to sell by myself. I soon realized in this market that was a mistake and started asking around at work for a reliable and honest agent. A coworker gave me Bryan Hammond's name and said he trusted everything he told him and would use him again if needed.
I called Bryan and set up a meeting with him and Ms. DeSantis and even though was skeptical there would be a change for the better in traffic, felt comfortable signing with them. Bryan told me someone would always answer the phone if I called and assured me they would work hard trying to get a buyer for my house. This is only my first dealing with a selling agent but can assure you that between Bryan and Tiffany you can guarantee yourself of a few things; they will always give it to you straight whether it's what you want to hear or not, someone will always pick up the phone if you need them and will answer their e-mails promptly and they are an honest and professional team that will do what they can to sell your house. I would recommend them to anyone and if I return to the Charleston area, they will be my first and only option.
