CHARLESTON MAKE THE HEADLINES!

Let's face it, everyone knows about Charleston, South Carolina. From its historic buildings to the gorgeous beaches, to the horse & carriages that ride through the old school streets of downtown.  It's got that Lowcountry feel...that ole' Southern Charm.  And since I've been living here,  I haven't met a person yet who doesn't absolutely love it!

Even though the Real Estate market has taken a very hard hit in the past few years, Charleston still seems to be standing tall.  According to several reputable Real Estate sources including Forbes.com and Southern Living Magazine, Charleston, SC is holding its own in this unpredictable economy...

In 2009, Charleston has been rated as one of the Top 25 Housing Markets by Forbes.com.  Not only is the 'Charleston Market' voted as one of the 50 Best Places to live, according to National Geographic Adventure, but Charleston is ALSO the 2009 #1 Destination City voted by the Readers Choice Awards for Southern Living Magazine.

And don't take our word for it.  As you may know, Boeing made the decision to make their new home in Charleston as well.  They will be building a new plant that produces parts and accessories, thousands of new jobs for the people of this historic city, and among other things, the 787 Dreamliner...probably the reason Charleston was voted #2 as the "Next City" (N.G.C.2009)! Or perhaps it's because American Style voted us one of the nation's "Top Arts Destinations"  just two years ago.  Move on over, we're coming through!

So the next time you're considering where to move or if Charleston is really going to be the right place for you, do the research...Check out a
Charleston, SC website.  Read all about us.  We think you'll find, just as Forbes.com did, "American Style", and all the people who come down to take a peek, you won't want to leave the Southern Charm!  And even though it's very flattering that Charleston is one of the "50 Best Places to Live", the prices of real estate still make it very practical for both a buyer & a seller, and cozied up with the cobblestone roads of downtown, breathtaking beaches and sunsets, we think it should be #1!

Make sure you check out our whole site to see all the homes in or around Charleston to see which house you love enough to make your HOME!  Feel free to call us TODAY (843.375.2075) or send us an e-mail:
