David's experience with the Charleston area began when he moved to the Lowcountry with his family in 1977 from Connecticut. Raised on beautiful James Island, and after graduating from James Island High, he obtained a BS in Design in Landscape Architecture from Clemson University during the spring of 1994.

The uniqueness of Charleston drew him back, and ever since has called her home. The combination of weather, history, culture, architecture, and natural beauty found in the Holy City are, in his book, unmatched. Now living and working in Mount Pleasant, David has called East Cooper home since the year 2000.
His passions include golf, fishing, college sports (Go Tigers!), and cooking. He feels very fortunate to live in a place where all four are so highly regarded, and are such a fabric of the local community.

David decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, because it was the perfect opportunity to blend his interests in design, including architecture, landscape design, community planning, photography, and interior design all into one profession. The investment aspects of real estate have always piqued his interests throughout his professional career.
